This unit will examine the idea of care through a focus on two worldviews: Christianity and Islam. Pupils will investigate two stories that they will return to later in the curriculum. They will see how Christians and Muslims have interpreted these stories to care for others today.

Caring: how do stories inspire actions?

Where could someone who needed food go for help?

They are sad that people do not have a home 

Why might Christians help at the homeless shelter? 

Which of these buildings is a special place for Christians?

Which people might go to the mosque to pray and learn about God?
