How can we train cardiorespiratory fitness?

Lesson outcome

In this lesson, we will learn what cardiorespiratory fitness is and develop an understanding on how to train focussing on it. We will learn how to use continuous training methods to develop stamina and the ability to sustain prolonged physical activity.
