A rubric is just a checklist for the teacher. It doesn't help me write better blogs.
It's a guide to help you understand what makes a good blog post. It shows you the specific criteria, like clear writing or effective use of images, so you know what to focus on. Use it as a tool to improve your writing before submitting your work.
