Common misconception
Pupils may struggle to think from someone else's perspective.
Use the 'I do, We do' to model turning yourself into the character. You could include props or masks to support as well as providing the stem sentence.
To engage pupils in each profession, focus on the description of each and read it with enthusiasm and excitement, adding in your own thoughts and experiences.
