Common misconception
Pupils might find it difficult to work out which word fills each gap in Task C, as more than one option can work in some of the sentences.
Encourage pupils to leave one out if there is more than one option and return to it when there are less options to choose from. Additionally, pupils can look at the determiner before the missing word (a/an) to help work out the first letter.
