- Moi-même, toi-même etc emphasise a person's involvement in an action and are translated as myself, yourself etc.
- It is important to plan the ideas, the vocabulary and the grammar to be included when writing a longer text.
- Careful planning of a speaking task, pre-rehearsal and immediate repetition of the task all improve performance.
- When developing a personal response, it's helpful to use a dictionary to look up new vocabulary.
