Children will be involved in activities including introducing accelerating from a stationary start position, as well as developing awareness of how to vary distance and accuracy using a heave throw action. This will be through experiential learning involving and game-based activities that are competitive, fun and involve constant movement.

4 different coloured objects (e.g. mugs, balls or toys), ball (e.g basketball, netball or football), 2 chairs, shopping bag with handles.
