In this lesson, we will learn the correct movement whilst in possession of a ball. We will explore how to hold the ball whilst running and practise different travelling techniques whilst in possession of the ball. We will apply this to invasion games focusing primarily on rugby.

Ideally a ball, can be a cushion, teddy bear or a toilet roll
