Common misconception
Pupils may think that vaping is a safe and healthy practice, or a ‘cleaner’ version of smoking.
Explain that, although vaping is less harmful to the body than smoking, it still has an impact on the body and, as a new practice, we are not yet fully aware of the long term effects.
