- Bute Park is a large park located behind Cardiff Castle and close to the shops, and the River Taff flows through it.

Common misconception
Pupils may think that all parks have playgrounds and play equipment like swings and climbing frames.
Some parks do have places to play, but not all of them. Parks are natural open spaces often with grass or woodlands that we can enjoy.
