- Move: chest passes involve pushing the ball with both hands, stepping into the pass, extending arms towards the target.

Common misconception
Pupils often believe that the harder they throw the ball, the better the pass will be.
Emphasise the importance of accuracy and remind the pupils that a softer, better-placed pass will be more effective and easier for teammates to receive.
